Digital Signage for a Convention

OVERVIEW
In January 2023, Popshap was proud to provide digital signage for a convention for the United Soccer Coaches Convention. Attending the convention provided coaches with access to the latest skills, tactics, and strategies to help their teams and players reach the next level. It included speakers, breakout sessions, networking opportunities, and an extensive expo hall showcasing the latest in soccer products and services. The digital signage for a convention we provided gave attendees the chance to explore and learn more about the products and services available.
SOLUTION
At the United Soccer Coaches Convention we provided interactive digital signage for a convention for two companies, United Premier Soccer League and Score Sports.
For the United Premier Soccer League, we worked with our partner Shepard to provide an interactive booth. With a 55” non touchscreen monitor rental they were able to play videos and showcase their brand. A great feature of the non touchscreen display was that it was on a stand with wheels, allowing them to move it around freely.
For Score Sports, Popshap provided a 49” standing touchscreen kiosk rental. This included a camera, vinyl logo, and custom software. For the software, Score Sports wanted to include some of the famous Popshap widgets. Decked out in their branding, we included a PDF section, a photobooth and spin the wheel game. An iFrame, which connected to their website, allowed guests to create their own custom jersey designs. All of these widgets allowed Score Sports guests to fully immerse themselves in the brand and interact with specific content through our unique Popshap digital signage for a convention package.
CAPABILITIES
The annual United Soccer Coaches Convention was a huge success this year. The event was packed with players, coaches, and spectators from all over the country, which made the atmosphere truly electric. By providing digital signage for a convention, Score Sports was able to take full advantage of the event, as they had a 49” standing touchscreen kiosk rental that allowed them to keep track of analytics and collect emails from the guests they interacted with.
For the United Premier Soccer League, they were also able to take full advantage of the event by incorporating digital signage for a convention. They had a great set up with a 55” non touchscreen monitor rental showcasing their videos and providing fun visuals. This allowed them to greatly increase their outreach and connect with the fans in a very personal way.
