OVERVIEW
Popshap proudly provided LED signage for show organizers at Blueprint 2024, enhancing the attendee experience with cutting-edge digital displays. Our team delivered five LED towers positioned throughout the venue, each showcasing essential speaker information and up-to-date scheduling details. Strategically placed, these LED towers captured the attention of attendees from all areas, making it easy for guests to stay informed and navigate the event.
SOLUTION
In addition to the LED towers, we installed two digital posters that delivered dynamic session information. These posters were a convenient resource for attendees, displaying session timings, locations, and other relevant details. The clear, bright display of the digital posters allowed for quick glances, ensuring that guests could find exactly what they needed at a moment’s notice.
CAPABILITIES
To further enhance interactivity and engagement, we included four 43-inch touchscreen tables. These tables offered interactive wayfinding tools, detailed agenda information, speaker profiles, and sponsorship details—all at guests’ fingertips. This combination of LED signage for show organizers and interactive touchscreen tables created a seamless, visually engaging experience for Blueprint 2024, keeping attendees informed and connected to the event's offerings.
