At IMEX America 2024, Popshap worked with eight clients, enhancing their booth experiences with state-of-the-art digital signage for events. Among these, Hard Rock International, who sponsored the Hosted Buyers Lounge, created a dynamic atmosphere with four 49-inch kiosks and two LED posters. These kiosks provided crucial show information, showcased branded visuals, and even powered an interactive "make-your-own-mixed-drink" station, a unique engagement feature that added flair to the lounge. The connected LED posters were positioned near the stage, displaying vibrant visuals that complemented the live music performances, creating an immersive environment for attendees.

5x3 LED video wall for trade shows

Popshap also collaborated with ASM Global, which featured a 5x3 LED wall consisting of 15 1.9 RC LED tiles to power impactful presentations. This setup was complete with a clicker for seamless navigation through PowerPoint slides, allowing for professional and interactive presentations that captured attendee interest. Memphis Tourism also embraced LED technology with a substantial 28-tile wall, incorporating a 2.6 RC LED video wall for trade shows with integrated speakers and microphones. This setup was perfect for live presentations and allowed them to project their brand in both visual and auditory formats, enhancing visitor engagement.

Other esteemed partners, such as Caesars and Auberge Resorts, also leveraged Popshap’s LED walls to boost visibility and engage with visitors in powerful ways. Think 360, Inc., on behalf of both Caesars and Auberge, utilized 2.6 LED walls in custom configurations—5x4 and 3x6 panel layouts respectively—to create impressive, eye-catching displays. These digital walls showcased brand visuals that attracted attendees, while Discover the Palm Beaches and The Nook Company added their own distinct touch with LED posters and touchscreen kiosks, respectively. Together, Popshap’s digital signage solutions empowered each client to stand out, leaving a memorable impression on IMEX America attendees.
