Covenant House at Chelsea Industrials - Event Check-in Stations
OVERVIEW
For 50 years, Covenant House has provided a safe place for homeless youth to find shelter and help them build a better future. The amazing staff at Covenant House is committed to ending the crisis of youth homelessness, and their work is more important than ever. For this celebration they held an event called The Night of Covenant House Stars with a theme of Rising to Tomorrow. Covenant House also had a display area at Chelsea Industrials May 22-24th where they wanted something interactive and eye catching, that would allow Groups and Organizations to receive information and the opportunity to provide support.
SOLUTION
Popshap had just the thing! We provided Covenant House with 5 32” touch screen tables perfect to draw visitors in and allow Covenant House workers to get the information they need. We created a software that showcased their current partnerships as well as providing a quick and easy way to get more information through email by entering their group name. Once their group name was added an email would be sent out automatically. We also had a QR scanner that allowed groups to check in to the event. The results were amazing.
CAPABILITIES
For this event the Popshap team came and set up the kiosks as well as took down, allowing the Covenant House team to focus on the event. Having 5 kiosks let the groups be able to move around freely and always have an open kiosk to check in or receive more information.
